A person who is a leader,

Is a good situation reader.

Leaders can be bad or good,

But their intentions are as strong as wood.

No leader should be commanding,

They must attempt to bring in an understanding.

All leaders aren’t the best,

They aim for the goal and leave the rest.

Real or reel,

Their presence,hard to conceal.

From now on,try to lead,

And do not be the garden’s weed.
