Art is therapeutic for me. I can forget about everything when I’m with my canvas and paints- nothing matters. It’s an escape to another space where I can create something that I want. I am learning and experimenting with different art forms- Mandala art is a stress buster. Since it involves making intricate patterns this art form requires complete focus. Knife painting is easy and fun. That’s because there is no need to follow any technique. One just needs to know the knife and the pressure that is required. It’s also faster than using a regular brush. Shading using the knife method is easier than using a brush. Oil paints have a unique feel and require a lot of focus since oil paints have to be used directly.
1) Mandala Art – Ink on Paper .
2) Copper Jug : Oil Pastels
3) Peacock : Water Colours on Water Colour Paper
4) Lotus : Fabric Paints on Canvas
