An expert talk by Mr. Gaurav Bakare, interior designer, art enthusiast, founder and owner of Rang Sangati.As students of Grade V are at the end of their quest to design their dream house for their PBL inquiry- Shelter, the school had organised a session with Mr. Gaurav Bakare, interior designer and owner of Rang Sangati on 17th September 2020.
The theme of the talk was ‘Colours that paint our life’; all that children need to know about paint and painting a house.Mr. Bakare was very passionate about sharing his knowledge about interior design. He explained in detail the process of painting a house, the various stages involved, the different types of paints, and the kind of paint that is best suited in different situations. He also showed the various tools required and their functions.
At the end of the session, children asked plenty of questions to Mr. Gaurav Bakare, which he answered very gracefully and enthusiastically.By the end of the session, all were a little closer to painting and designing their dream house.
